These speedtest results are only accurate for speeds under 5 mbps

    Please note that to ensure as accurate results as possible, 
    the following conditions should be true before conducting 
    the speed test.

 1. No other browser window should be open on the machine
    that you are conducting the speed test from.  
    As well, no other 'internet aware' application should be 
    running. 

    For example you should not be retrieving email or down loading 
    by FTP or running ICQ or similar chat programs in the 
    background.


 2. If you are testing from a network environment that makes use
    of a shared internet connection, the above holds true for any 
    machines that may be on your local area network.  
     
    Any internet traffic being generated on your local network 
    other than the speed test will have a negative impact on the 
    results.
